OD Lab

The focus of OD Lab, under University School of Management Studies has been to prepare students with requisite knowledge and skills in order to flourish in the dynamic world. Skill Development and Mentoring Cell which operates through the OD Lab strives to impart skills required to lead a meaningful life, in addition to employability skills. The lab is equipped with three spacious rooms, electronic podium and projectors for conducting various test and experiments. The lab has access to various standardized psychometric tests and tools such as MBTI (Myers Biggs Type Indicator), TAT (Thematic Apperception Test), Sixteen Personality Factor tests, LOC, FIRO-B, Motivation analysis tests etc. It will
